Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account info for property managers (email, role).
  • Submission info from contractors (name, email, phone, company, project description).
  • Uploaded Certificate of Insurance documents.
  • Demo request inquiries (name, email, company, role, building count, message).

How we use it

We use submitted information to validate COIs against the building's requirements, issue approval codes, and provide property managers with a record of submissions. We use demo request information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Storage

Documents and submission data are stored on our cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls. COI documents are accessible only to the building's authorized property managers and to CertEntry staff for support purposes.

AI processing

Uploaded COIs are processed by an AI model to extract coverage details. The document content may be transmitted to the AI provider strictly for the purpose of extraction and is not used to train models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Service (hosting, AI extraction) under appropriate contractual protections.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us via the demo request form on the homepage.
