Terms of Service

By accessing or using CertEntry ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CertEntry provides automated review of Certificates of Insurance ("COIs") submitted by contractors against requirements configured by property managers. Approval codes issued by the Service indicate that submitted documentation meets the configured requirements at the time of submission. CertEntry does not provide insurance, legal advice, or guarantee coverage in any actual claim.

Property manager accounts must use accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to upload fraudulent documents, attempt to bypass validation logic, abuse the upload endpoint, or interfere with the Service's operation.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Automated parsing of insurance documents is not a substitute for human review where the stakes warrant it. CertEntry is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on validation results or approval codes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
